Caring for others all my life has lead us the desire to share our healthy organic superfood with the masses. As a Certified Health Care Aide for over twenty years and many years later working as a Certified Special Education Assistant support for children, and adults. Due to physical health challenges in 2019 and changing careers came that love of organic living soil urban farming, fresh, live organic Superfood had then and now become our passion. Learning all about superfood has inspired me to share the benefits that live, freshly harvested organic superfood provides for a healthy life. Sharing the nutrition, freshness that live, fresh to harvest organic superfood offers today, now a very important part of my daily life. Superfood has boosted my health, while filling in those nutritional gaps in our diet. Growing up in an Italian household, rabbits, ducks, and chickens,etc and gardening became second nature. If our community allowed more animals I am sure we would have had more types of animals. My mother and my grandmother taught me so much about farming. In Southwestern Ontario due to longer and warmer growing season, this allowed us to grow various varieties of vegetables. Growing up farming, I learned about the value of hard work and the value of growing safe food. Live, fresh to harvest organic micro greens and herbs offers excellent health benefits, nutritional value, and the utmost freshness I was looking for in a living green. We decided to offer living options as well as freshly harvested day of delivery. I could find pre packaged, harvested days before, but not live fresh to harvest, organic herbs and micro greens for pets other than Wheat grass(cat grass) that we also carry live for pets. Fresh, to harvest live, organic micro greens and herbs have the freshness and optimal vitamin content that I was looking for to share with my pets, family, and community! The longer produce sits, the more nutritional benefits are lost. We wanted to allow that element of nutritional value to our options. We will only source organic seeds from certified companies. We also will only source our coconut Coir from companies who pride in quality! The factors of travel time from where the produce is harvested, shipped and then on the shelf for days for sale for the end user becomes a nutritional and freshness factor.
