Culinary Uses:
- Tatsoi is a very versatile green and used similarly to spinach, raw, steamed, sauced,braised or stir-fried
- Excellent with other salad greens such spinach, arugula, watercress, pea tendrils, and mizuna.
- Served raw or lightly cooked. Use Tatsoi anywhere you use spinach.
- Lightly steam or sautéed with a warm dressing
- Add them to a soup at the end of cooking.
